I'm not entirely sure of the legality of uploading a copy of Arena onto the internet to share with other people. Why can't I download a pre-installed MTG Wineskin? Try unzipping the MTGArena.zip in a folder besides /Applications/, then manually dragging the MTGArena.app to /Applications/ A fresh reinstall with a brand new Wineskin should fix the problem.
Unfortunately, it seems that self-updating is broken in Wine.
